![]() ![]() My only complaint is about the packaging. It lasts all day until I’m ready to remove it. I love the natural finish it leaves on my skin and it works amazingly with any tool I use, whether I use my fingers, a brush, sponge, or Blendiful. When I use a normal amount, which gives me medium-buildable coverage, I tend to skip concealer everywhere except under my eyes. I use the tiniest amount for light coverage and utilize concealer to cover the areas where my hyperpigmentation shows through. I love this product and whenever I wore foundation in 2020, at least 80% of the time, I was using Sheer Glow. Nars Sheer Glow in Macao – Nars Sheer Glow unseated the Make Up For Ever Ultra HD, which was my favorite foundation for 3-4 years. I also decided that in the swatch portion, I’ll include some foundation sample cards in case anyone is curious about additional shade matches from other brands! So, I will be disciplining the inner makeup hoarder in me and condensing my collection as well! At the same time, there’s no need to keep the products I know I won’t use due to an incorrect shade match, being too heavily fragranced, not meshing with my skin type, etc. I also want to feel the satisfaction of using up a product until it is empty. I believe I will purchase fewer things if I am more familiar with the products I already have. ‘Shopping my Stash’ has become increasingly important to me. Although I tested more makeup in 2020 than ever before, calling something a favorite has more impact when it’s compared to the twenty or more other products I had at my disposal, as opposed to just a handful. I had a first draft completed for, “Products I loved in 2020,” but I decided to scrap that idea. You can order that online HERE.I don’t always post about it, but every December I compile a list of my favorite beauty products of the year. ![]() If you’re looking for a light-feel foundation and you like a bit more glow and a higher SPF then I fully recommend Waterweight by MAC. If you fancy giving it a go you can order it online HERE. I don’t think I will be purchasing it though because if my foundation is going to have SPF in it, then I prefer it to be higher than SPF15, plus I like things a little glowier. It is good on enlarged pores and fine lines and feels lovely and light on the skin. I might like it more if I had a better colour match. I think the Light Neutral is a tiny bit too warm for me so it’s less pleasing. I think the coverage is similar too – it promises to be full coverage but I would say, like the MAC, it is sheer to medium and buildable. It it a thin, liquidy foundation, similar in texture to the MAC Studio Waterweight Foundation but not quite as glowy in my opinion.
